Simple Hello notelets

Hello There,

Todays share is some fab simple Hello notelets that can be gifted as a Thank you,

I have used Timeless Textures, and the sentiment is from the Limited Time Sale a Bration freebie stamp set, colours used are Basic Grey, Mint Macaron, Hello Honey finished off with silver thread, rhinestones and co ordinating enamel dots from the new 2016 Stampin Up Spring Catalogue and the pretty flower from the itty bitty accents punch set.

I screw up my flowers, I like them to look as real as can be for paper, I screw then pull apart and slip my tweezers in between the layers and gently tease them apart.

I really enjoyed making these, I think I shall make a little gift box for them to live in, so watch this space!!

Aren't they just the prettiest little note-lets ever…….

Grateful Bunch Stamp Set Team Training swaps

    Hello there,

Just popping in to share with you my swaps for Stampin Stars team training, I love going to these events as I get to see demos and friends in our wider team, and as with most SU events it's custom to make swaps to inspire and be inspired, i have been a little rascal this time and been teasing them all with snippets of the swaps, and then a real tinker today when I said oh no I forgot them… Tee Hee!!

Anyway I think they were well received, only problem is they were a colour that has since retired, called Costal Cabana,  but you know it's all about the inspiration isn't it, Thankfully they were very understanding, …

I used the Stamp Set Grateful Bunch coupled with the co ordinating Punch from the Stampin Up 2016 Spring catalogue and I stamped in versa mark and embossed with white embossing powder, and then using a splat stamp from Timeless Textures stamped using Versamark for a slightly watermark effect, the Giant Rhinestone on the flower is from the Iced Rhinestones that have carried over from the Winter Catty, … The box holds a small note book covered and stamped to match,… and finished off with a touch of Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush,...

Suite Sayings Thanks meets Number of years Stampin' Up

    Hello There,

I was having a little play with the Number of Years, it makes for a very pretty Thank you card.

I started with the notelet cards stamped the flowers in , Wild Wasabi, Hello Honey and Blackberry Bliss, then I was stumped, I didn't like it at all, so I cut it in half punched a circle , inked up thanks from one of the stamps in Suite Saying, masking off the bottom part before inking up, tied a piece of co ordinating ribbon around it,  felt something was missing so stamped the bottom …

Look who's turning, Number of years meets Timeless Textures Stampin' Up

    Hello there,

Wow isn't it bitterly cold out there, it's something when the shed is warmer than the house, even when the heating has been on for more than 24 hrs,

I have a 21st Birthday card for Hubby's nephew to make so I turned to Number of years, coupled with Timeless Textures which is such a great set for male projects, and since they are a family of Chelsea Supporters the colour Pacific Point dictated the colour ways. Coupling it with Whisper White was making it too stark, and I had Sahara Sand on the table and it looked pretty cool I thought.

I am entering this card in the CAS challenge #156  HERE the challenge is a sketch this week,

Using the oval framelits I cut an oval from the Pacific Point and then, I stamped the coffee stain from the Timeless Textures to look like Streamers using versamark and clear embossing powder,
I adhered this to the card blank using dimensionals , cut the 21 from the dies set that co ordinates called Large Numbers, stamped again with versa mark and embossed in clear using the mesh stamp from the Timeless Textures set, stamp the sentiments from the Number of Years Stamp Set,  stuck on a few sequins and rhinestones and there you go!

Both sets not just for Girlies they are great for the boys too!!
