Hand over the cookies and no one will get hurt!!!

Yayyyyy it's launch day, and final day of Elzybells sneak peaks which is sad, as I really enjoy these, I have made several items for today, I have also gone for a coloured card instead of white and layering, i don't normally do coloured cards as I think it's a shame to use up gorgeous coloured card fr no one to see the back.... But i think i am rather pleased with this one and may get used to it...

I have used Stampin up papers and card, and with the exception of the Hand over the cookie sentiment with ia single rubber one, the rest of the images and sentiments are all from the clear set Just desserts, and did you guess where yeasterdays image came from, yes thats right from the elzybells girlie siting at the table scoffing herself silly..... I just inked up the cake stand.....

I coloured all images using copics, I made a wrap up box, you can get the template from papertrey, a cookie bag, I cut the paper bag down and used the scallop border from Stampin up, The cookie was my daughters, I pinched it, but she pinched it back..lol

Well I hope you like my creations today and have enjoyed popping by to see them all over the last four days, I appreciate the comments left by some of you, they are much appreciated, Before you run off though Elizabeth has the most amazing candy giveaway ever....
Yep some MEGA blog candy on offer. You could win ALL the stamps from this release, yep all the stamps - that's a total of 6 clear sets and 14 rubber stamps!!

Tea at the Ritz.......

Day 3 of the elzybells sneak peaks, and I am getting hungrier by the minute aren't you.... I have done three cardies today, all small ones two 4 inch square and one just under 5 inch, I don't do small normally, but these images so look good on sall cards...

For my first card, I used a background stamp, that comes on it's own and can you guess what stamp the image comes from, If you have been blog hopping around the Elzybells team you may well know,Let me know your thoughts, I will fill ya in tommorrow on that one if you can't tell.... The image was colured using copics.

The remaining two cards are using images and sentiments from oh gosh i don't know, mine has not got a back sheet..lol will check with Elizabeth, or perhaps I shall go blog hopping again to see the great wonders that they have all created... Anyway it has loads of images and sentiments, oh I think I remember, it may well be Cool Beans set..... They are on 4 inch square cards and coloured with prisma's and baby oil, gawd did I get messy... But had a lot of fun making these and look at the results just as good as OMS fluid...

Enjoy!!! Now don't forget to come back tommorrow Stampers for the finale, when you will be able to buy till your hearts contents... Just make sure your behind me in the queue, there is still some I ain't got me mitts on....lol

Eat Drink and be merry...............

Yes it's that time again for a sneak peak....

I have used the delectable Just desserts, you know that I love my Elzy girlies and this set is no exception, 11 stamps on this one, and so much you can do with it, The girlie is originally holding cookies, but the ganet that I am, my friend know I lurves me food, especially cakes, I decided to base her on me, holding two do nuts and scoffing them, oh yummy!!! There is three single donouts in this set and cute ickle one with a chunk bitten out of it...lol I stamped and coloured these and cut them and 3D them onto image, I topped them both with diamond glaze, I lurve glazed donuts and wanted this effect, I sure got it it look ultra fab in real life, I promise, the gorgeous paper is none other than Basic Grey, don't it just fit to the tee all those hundreds and thaousands don't you just luv em.... The sentiment is one of 5 from this set... brilliant set isn't it a real must have in your stash for the Elzybells girlie fans out there..... I paper pieced her dress and coloured the rest with a combo of promarkers and copics....

I used the fabulous sketch by Jill again for this one, I can't seem to get enough of it..lol Thanks Jill... Also showing a close up of the donuts...

Well enjoy don't forget to pop over to elzybells for some stunning creations by the rest of the team...

I am gonna use the WOJ Henry I think he is caled a super cute mouse, who just lurves cupcakes, a mouse after my own heart... tee hee!!

Well onto the card I have made, with my fave Elzybells girlie, the sentiment is from Stampin Up's Wow flowers whihc you can purchase from Stampingcaz, four stamps in this set, ande at £10.95 a real bargain.. The lush papers are basic grey's offbeat pad, oh why oh why do you only get two of each design, don't they realise they are sooo lush!! Elzy is coloured with none other than Promarkers which you can purchase from Wendy at Secret Crafter, which has a superb customer service and very speedy delivery schedule....

Come sit at my table it's Tea time at Elzybells...

It's Sneak Peak time at Elzybells, and has Elizabeth come up treats with this lot, Scrumilious or what!!!

My first sneak peak is using inividual unmounted red rubber, with the expecyion of the chocolate cookies stamped randomly around the frame, which is from one of the Clear sets called Just Desserts, I am not sure where the frame is from it is part of an A4 sheet of deckled frame diecuts, images are coloured with my fabbi copics cioa's, paper is yes ya guessed it basic grey, and the fabulous brads are woodware... The centre images are two separate stamps which I masked the plate of cookies and stamped the cup over them, not sure if you can see but I have put diamond glaze on the Tea.. The sentiment is an umounted red rubber too..

Well I hopes ya like, now don't forget theres loads of desserts over at Elzybells, Elizabeth and the rest of the team have gone to town with these ones... Oh and don't forget to pop back tommorrow if your sweet tooth will allow, for another sneak peak,, some yummilious cardies coming your way!!!

Whiff of Joy.....

Katharina has done a stunning sketch over at Whiff of joy challenge blog, and there is an added bonus of Guest Designer spot up for grabs too.... Mmmmm I likes the sound of that, I am slowly but surely adding to my WOJ Stamp collection, and not fast enough for my liking, it's sooo hard to choose.... I used Oakley with Scooter and coloured him with copics, he is such a cutie don't you think, the sentiment is from a Hero arts clear set, the papers are Basic grey Archaic, Ohhhh I am soo sad, I have nearly run out!! the twill in the buttons is from Stampin up, I am really pleased with this card and plan to make more using this sketch so watch this space and if you could wish me luck I will be most grateful!!

Treat yourself!!!

Ohhee two posts in one day, am I being a good blogger, mmmm nope just two of my DT, Challenges on te same day...lol

It's Challenge time in Elzybells Land, and our Gorgeous Steph has set the challenge, It's a Receipe Challenge, 3 brads, 2 Ribbons, 1 Rectangle...

Well I must say though i did two cards, and am rather pleased with them both, I struggled big time with this, the sheer fact I were no way gonna let it beat me I ended up with two and rather enjoying myself..lol But then what is a challenge if it does not challenge you!!

I used the So Sweet clear set, it's ultra gorgeous in itself, I shall start with the round card, On the Cup I used Diamond Glaze the give it a real porceliene finish like a real cup, and of course you will know by now that I used the cricut wildcard cart for the card blank, and did this smaller than the last one, I cut at 5 inches, whereas the last one was 6 inches, I use nestabilities for the circles , and coloured with copics, for my two ribbons I usede one to go all around, being inspired what my dear friend Sue had done with her card, secured it with a knot and tied another piece around the knot. The papers I used are really old ones, not sure what it is I think it looks much like SE1 papers....

The second card is self explanatary really...

Do hope you like... Make sure you pop over to Elzybells to see the scrumptious creations by Elizabeth and the other Elzybelles...

PS, THERE IS Some fabulous offers on at Elzybells, Elizabeth is being very generous indeed... ME THINKS YOU WILL LIKE IT!!!

A load of ole rubbish......

It's Secret crafter time, and the challenge is mine, I was stumped as to what I should challenge you all with, when a parcel from Craftworkcards turned up, so perfectly wrapped in thick brown paper, and after seeing what Elizabeth from elzybells done with a card using kraft paper, I thought it would be a proper sin to throw this away.
, so I thought yay!! Recycling, and after a bit of shoe throwing from the Dt's, we got down to business, I used a magenta stamp, I have to say I am partial to magenta flowers and have a wide selection of their stamps and I don't use them often enough, the one I used for this challenge is a fair size and cost £14 but i thought it were too beautiful to leave on the shelf, I coloured the image with Karisma pencils, added a bit of bling crystals, and the sentiment is from a hanna stamps sentiment set, I have had a peak at the rest of the Dt's creations and WOW!! Is all I can say....

A fabulous sketch at Sketch and stash this week and whats more a fabulous prize of Pollycrafts downloads.. Through the letter box this mornining pop a Sherbert, no not sweets a pollycraft sherbert stamp, isn't that name just popping!! I love it, well i have used Heart strings and some great free paper from this months Simplycards and papercrafts magazine, which also came today, I forgot to show you my cats and dogs article from the previous one, must find that mag and show you , had a very good response to it, so am mega pleased.... well anyway back to the card, though the image is called Heartstrings, I am calling her Bizzy Lizzy at the mo, coz I think me card is very very Busy, lol look at those eyes aren't that just adorable... I originally cut out a scallopped die cut for the image, and thought it took away the beauty of the paper, so used the negative instead am so glad i did....

One for the Men!!!

What no Layers!! Nooooooooo........

Wow it's getting to be two posts in one day at the mo, what is happening here... Snow time that's what, no where to go coz snow has gotten in the way, so what better way than to beat the boredom carding, Now I have another card for you, but please don't forget to look at the posts below there are some real cuties for you to see , even if I may say so myself!! and there are more on the way.....

The current Elzybells challenge no 13 is No layers, this is the lovely Paula's challenge, and wow what a challenge it's hard.... Though whilst blog hopping I found a fabulous video tutorial on the technique I used, you can see it Here I used thinner cardstock than I normally do and were worried that it would cut, but it didn't nearly but not! I double embossed with cuttlebug folder and nesties, I love the effect and will most deffo use it again, I used the gorgeous Daffodil chick 11-002-H and a sentiment from the Sheep celebrations 2 set 20-026-CD, coloured with Copics, and just thread a ribbon round, I didn't want to take away anything from showing the technique off, and you know me simple is as simple as !! Don't forget to check out the rest of the DT'S creations they are utterly fabulous....

Hearts and Flowers

The theme this week over at Papertake weekly is Hearts and Flowers, you can use one or the other or both....
The Dt cards are fab as always, mine is late as always, sorry girls.. Had an horrendous drive through that snow early hours monday morn, I went this time with Paul to footie up to liverpool it tried to snow there whilst we were watching the footie, and when we got two hours from london it went mad, when we eventualy got back to Chelsea at midnight the car was covered completely and then the scariest Drive ever, even worse than my motorway scare, took us over two hours to get back home, a miracle again how we got there safely and in one peice, skided and slid up a pavement nearly went in for tea in a house in kensington, I have stayed in ever since, spent most of day yesterday in bed with a migraine, blinkin weaher and blinkin Boris Johnson, there were NO WAY those roads were even lightly gritted....

Anyway back to me DT card, I used the uber cute Aimee from Grab a doodledo designed by the fabulous Sally-Ann Hancock, coloured in with copics, and glitter with glamour dust, what a stunner she is, the papers are Basic grey Sugared pad, can ya see the ickle hearts,
