Just Magnolia~19

Hello all, hope you all had great weather this weekend, a tad too hot for me!!

Todays card is for the Just Magnolia challenge, I sooo want to get to grips with the distressed inks, and the distressing that Kim Piggots does that I so admire!! Well I have coloured my magno;ia with the inks, and was rather pleased with my efforts, but couldn't find the courage to distress the outside incase I mucked it up, I think I will distress the outside first in future, that way i wont have wasted me time colouring it..lol

The challenge this week is a fab sketch by the equally fab Rachel, I must say I did enjoy this sketch, The cardstock is stampin up Kraft and Taken with teal.. Flowers from stash, paper is my minds eye, proberbly from Craftsulove, and you can get kraft there too! The Magnolia too!
Enjoy!

I've been looking at your cards on Crafts U Love (FAB!)- I must try & get myself down there for your class one day!

There were a couple of days last week I couldn't breathe it was so hot - I do like a bit of a breeze (never happy me - too hot or too cold) lol

Anyway, I'll shut up now - it's just cause I'm at Mum's today & it's the first time I've been able to open your blog in a week lol

  13. Hi Kim. Love the teal and the colouring is gorgeous as everyone says. Thanks for your comments and Bess is much better at the moment as long as we stop her from trying to cool off by dragging her belly along the floor. Hope your little sweeties are doing well.
