Over at papertake weekly, myself and the rest of the Design Team have been playing with Dawny p's sketch... Now that Katharina will no longer be designing sketches for us :((( due to other commitments that are keeping the talented Katharina busy, it has fallen to someone else to come up with the ever popular sketches, a very hard act to follow by anyone, but BY GOLLY WOW DAWNY P has done us proud how fabulous is the sketch Dawny has done for us, and the DT'S card are stunning to boot...

I knew exactly what i wanted to use for this one, Making memories chipboard shapes that I got in my winners stash this time last year, Oh noooo got to hand over my crown soon..... I coloured the chipboard with promarker pens (The Secret Crafter, used my gorgeous Elzybells girlies (Elzybells Art stamps) and the sentiment is Autum leaves clear set (The Card Studio)... The beautiful patterned paper is Bo bunny from Craftsulove and those iddy biddy jelly tots from Craftworkcards...

Elzybells gift packet...

Elzabeth wanted to set a special challenge for the design team to create something other than a card. So I asked that they create some sort of stamped gift packaging for any occasion or theme of their choice.

Mine was a small gift box full of prima flowers made to give a crafty friend, you could even fit an unmounted Elzybells stamp in there, how great would that be...
I used Elzy girl with parcel, and the sentiment is one of a set of three, a real bargain they were...
The box was made using a sizzix bigz die, ( am sure you can get this at The glitter pot and the card studio, very easy to put together especialy of you have more than one to make at a time....
Coloured with none other than yes ya got it in one, promarkers..lol

Donna's sketch.....

Over at The Secret Crafter blog we have a fabby sketch by the wonderful Donna.... I sooo wished I could do these professional sketches....

Well I have been a norty crafter lately and have been truly neglecting my magnolia's how awful is that.... I am not sure what she is called they are never labeled on the packet but she sure is cute... She looks like she is suspended in mid air, I should have really perched her on something.... I have used the my minds eye papers again, I am addicted to these papers, I think you can tell... I used promarkers to colour and white gel pen to highlight, the scalloped edge I made with a circle punch and the sentiment is peb inc rub ons... hope you like, and thanks Donna for a great sketch... Do take a lookie at the Desogn Teams creations they are fabulous again this week...

Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with, and REMEMBER this is the last chance this month for you to be entered into the monthly prize draw, which will be judged by our esteemed leader WENDY.

Friday sketchers 25 ...

Hello and welcome to sketch number 25. I'm happy to be hosting this weeks sketch. The sketch is easy - i just thought that it would be an extra challenge for everybody to find a image that is more horizontal rather than the vertical images. We are curious what you come up with and what stamps you have. Since the sketch does not indicate were the sentiment or embellishments have to be, you can let your creativity go loose :-)
Over at Friday sketcher, the talented Claudia Rose has done a fabby sketch...

My card is the second attempt, I thought now come on girl you must have some horizontal images... Then I thought oh yay!!! My new ones i got at Allie Pallie, by impressions obessions Let it snow set, these ultra cute snowmen having a right ole fistcuffs, they do make me smile!!! lol

A simple card again, Mmmm might get known as simple Kim soon me thinks!!! Anyways coloured them in none other than promarker pens Blue Pearl and cool grey 1, from The Secret Crafter, sentiment is Elzybells from the Christmas Dinkie set, I sooo lurve that set... Paper is Dana Miron Designs from The card studio, and cuttlebug snowflake dies....

P.S.....

Red, Gold and Green.....

Over at LOTV Challenge blog, the theme is Red, Gold and Green....

I knew what I wanted to do, and didn't have much time, but can you beleive this simple card has took me more than Three hours to make!!! THREE HOURS I hear you shout!!! YES I kid you not, my head is spinning I have such a headache, Whilst i were away for the weekend, my daughter Winnie who has been itching to clean up my craft room, did just that.. well I can;t find a thing, I was wanting to use the mirri card with the swiss dots for this challenge, and could I find the plates for me cuttlebug, could I eckers like, I even contemplated ringing up the school to get her out of class, I were that mad, so one imigraine tablet and three hours later I finds it, pushed at the back of an obscure place that you would even find Daddy long legs in it's that tucked away.... I am very late with this card and apologise to my fairy team mates...

I used bazzill scallop card blank, mirri card, swiss dots cuttle folder, princes pop out , lili valley patterned papers, and peeloffs...

well here is my effort, I wanted to use the wedding bells , so went with a wedding theme, I have again kept it simple as I really was short of time, a great sketch from Nikki don't you think... Aagain coloured with promarkers from The secret Crafter, I really should have highlighted with White Gel pen, never mind I can add that later... I used a new woodware punch that has four of it might be 5, window tags on it, for the sentiment to go on... I got it from allie pallie, it's great

Elzybells sketch challenge 3

Well hello everyone, it has been a lonnnngtime hasn't it, and it has been rather stressful for me i will admit, trying to cram in everything and everyone in the past two weeks, I do however have lots to share and thankgod I have a laptop as well as a main computer and some nasty bleeder has sent a trojan virus to wipeout and pinch details from it, I am sooo mad and upset, yesterday my poor Dad was trying to salvage anything that he could but tha trojan blocked his every effort bigtime, and whilst that were happening 7 panel of fencing arrived during the downpour we had so it were mayhem allround, but never mind worse things happen at sea as they say...

Well like i said lots to share and show, firstly though the elzybells fortnightly challenge and later in the day I shall be showing you the latest LOTV challnge sketch that Nikki set us... and then all the cards I made for craftsulove Christmas extravaganza what a fab day that was..

Back to elzybells, A fantastic sketch set by Jeanne, wow Jeanne is most clever i tell you the queen of copics her colouring is amazing and second to none.... This sketch was a dream to work with and i knew exactly what i wanted to do, The paper is from a cheap and cheerfull paperpack i think by Dovecraft, I think the patterned is gorgeous, I only wish that they would sell single paper... I used my beloved Scallop Bigz card blank die, which can be purchased at The Glitter pot and of course got to be my fave Elzybells girlie.... I used Promarkers for the colouring, which can be purchased from the Lovely Wendy at The Secret Crafter fabulous service too!!!

Take a lookie tell me what you think!!
