Somebody has to be the cutest!!!!!!

Well Lola with flowers most certainly is......

Sugar Nellies new range by Rachelle Anne Miller is stunning, I couldn't resist in buying the whole shabang.....
The papers used in this card are fancy pants design as is the sentiment diecut, both from my winners stash....
The flourish stamps are stampin up ones,

I tried a different colouring technique on this image, I used the bargain Dovecraft markers and the whispers blending pen.... and for a first try I don't think it came out that bad really, although not entirely happy but hey ho first go... I highlighted her with stickles glitter glue and tiny crystals so tiny I don't think ya can see em,they are on the flowers and flourishes....

  2. Beautiful card ! I've seen these blending pens before....sorry to be thick but do they do the same function as water pen to watercolour pencils ?

  5. Fabrizio, in some ways yes they do, I tried the marker direct then pulled the colour inwards with blender, but found that if I went over the aera I wish colour with the blender pen first than the colour and then dragged it with the blender it had a better finish more sublte and watercolour effect...
Where as I found marker first then blender it left a stark line where I first put marker pen and I personally didn't like this at all....
And no my love ya arn't thick I was truly baffled by the blender pens but the whispers ones you get two in a packet and they have instructions on back, coz that alwaya helps.. well me anyways...lol

  8. Thanks Kim for the explanation I need to invest in those. Now are the whispers one better value because I saw those blender pens sold by Stampin'Up so I might buy from them on my next order (in March). But if the whispers are cheaper then I experiment with them first ! LOL thanks ever so much for taking the time explaining me it. Fab X
