Santa's Pant's Stampin Creative Blog Hop Festive Frenzy

Welcome to the Stampin Creative Blog Hop,

Yes it's that time of month its Stampin Creative Blog Hop time,  you may have arrived here from the Lovely  Caroline  HERE

This months blog hop is all about the Festive time It's Festive Frenzy !!

And it certainly is in the Fee household, making loads of Santa Pants for Paul's Disabled Club Christmas Bazaar,  Why are there Blue ones, Chelsea of course, every year Paul gets me to make packaging for the sweet stall he does at the club, Last year was Curvy Keepsake Boxes, this year he went mooching on the internet and came up with Santa Stuff, he thinks I can work miracles truly he does, anyhow we came up with a solution and the Santa Pant's were born!!!

They were very easy to make, and I am trying to make a video to show how to make them, not having much luck in the techno dept,  so it may be a while!!

So for now I have for now done a hand written one for you, see photos below

Santa's Pant's
Cut card stock 9 1/2 x 5 inches

score the 9 1/2 side @ 1 1/2, 4 1/2, 6 and 9 inches
score the 5 inch side @ 1 1/2

cut a strip of Black Card stock 3 " x 1 cm

Turn ups for the bottom of trousers  1 1/2 " x 1/2  ,  when making multiples I cut a strip 3" wide and
then cut strips off at 1/2 segments, then cut in half, it was less time consuming this way.
Straps for Trousers 7 3/4" x 1/2 "

I then took a marker pen and used a ruler to help me make the line in the middle of the trousers.

Please do give the Santa Pant's a try , and please don't forget to share with me, I would love to see them.

Please do pop along to the lovely Mikaela HERE and see what else awaits you in this blog hop.

Below is a list of Blog Hoppers…….

Hello December It's the most Magical time of the year!!!!

Oh by the skin of me teeth, I may have made the Global design Project Challenge Global Design Project #GDP012 this week, my where has the time gone!!!

Anyway this weeks challenge  HERE was to CASE the Designer, and the Designer is the fabulous Brian King,

I chose the case part of the card,
Copy And Selectively Edit. This means you can be inspired by ANYTHING on this card. What inspires you in this card to make it your own, what will you copy and what will you edit?

Well the layout and the colours inspired me, it reminded me of the colours and elements in the  Stampin Up Hello December 2015 Project Life Accessory Pack.
Incorporating the Reindeer from the Jolly Christmas Stamp Set
loving the texture on this card even if it didn't come out quite as planned.
I still think it's quite pretty and I will probably put it on a frame and make a Home Decor piece out of it.
Here is my entry………….

Please Pop back tomorrow for the Stampin CreativeBlog Hop and I have a tutorial for you to try.

Winter Wonderland with a dash of Snowflakes

Hello There,
Wow It's cold and Winter has arrived in Freezin Fashion, Brrrrr!!!

Today I am sharing one of the Downline team gifts I decorated,

I happened across some key rings that had Stars dangling covered in crystals, and since our main team name is Stampin Stars, I just loved the idea of these for my team gifts.

Whilst I loved them  I also wanted to pretty them up with some handmade boxes, I was inspired by my lovely friend Caroline at Crafty Hallett,   and used the construction make up of a book box she made using the Festive Flower builder punch to house a small pretty diary, I took the concept and altered the sizing,  again I hope they all liked it.
I used Black and Gold  as  the crystals were Champagne and clear wrapped plenty gold ribbon and cord threaded through the wooden snowflakes elements,  I thought they looked stunning I hope you do too…

I just love this Simple Elegant Design, and I hope you do too!

Believe in the Miracle , with Flurry of Wishes Stampin Up

Hello There
It's been a while I am sorry,

It has been busy busy busy at the Fee Household,  I have been teaching Paul  to drive again after his stroke, making curvy boxes for him to sell at his Disabled club bazaar, running classes and  and of course preparations for Stampin Up Onstage event.

I was honoured to have ten of my team members join me this year and I wanted to make something pretty to house the thank you gift I bought them.  Whilst I had to do these I didn't have spare time to make general swaps so decided to join our wider team members in a Wow swap, …

I would also like to enter this project in the Global Design Project challenge

Global Design Project #GDP011

 Where the theme is Christmas,

So today I shall show you the wow swap I was inspired by a swap I received form my team member Jan Twinks Stamping, she made fab pouch and out in a smelly hanging sachet for your car or wardrobe , off I rushed to Asda and bought them out, I loved them, ha ha, … If they didn't look Wow they certainly smelt WOW!

I decided to use a couple of stamp sets I am afraid  Flurry of wishes, and  the splats from Awesomely Artistic, I made a box for it to fit in, stamped the AA splat in versa mark and threw Silver embossing powder on it and heated it, inked up part of the sentiment from FOW and embossed that, tied a piece of Silver cord around and threaded bells before tying in a knot.  Punched out stars from the fab glitter card stock  added sequins and rhinestone for more texture and bling…

I think they were well received , I know I certainly loved the ones I got back in return.
Bye for now, do pop back soon , I have loads to share….xxxxxxxx

Holly Jolly Greetings Stampin Up

Hello there,
I have a Christmas card to share with you today,  it's one I made for an organised swap and which would have been received by the time you read this.

Once again, (sure your going to get fed up with me ) I have used the smoosh technique on shimmery card stock, using Old Olive Ink pad and then stamped the tiny cute stars from the Holly Jolly Greetings set, and embossed them with Gold Embossing powder,
I stamped a sentiment in our new Archival Basic Grey pad, mounted it on a dimensional on top of some Gold Glitter card,  I then Stapled the Merry sentiment cut from the Christmas Greetings die that comes in a bundle with the stamp set, saving 15% when bought as a bundle.

Mounted the sequins on bits of dimensional for added texture, then mounted on top Gold Mirror card stock, I was a bit mean with this as I cut a square hole in the middle of it to use for punching another time, .  Not sure anyone will notice, .. Tee Hee.....

Before I mounted onto Old Olive Card stock , I again stamped in versamark the cute little Stars and embossed with gold Powder...

                                                Hopefully they are well received!

Yesterday my pre order of Stampin Up Winter catty arrived ,

WoooooHooooo  we are all suitably excited can you tell, this catty is amazing, and I know I can here you say, yeah yeah you always say that when a new one comes out, BUT truly you will be blown away...
Just before the box of goodies arrived I popped onto  the TGIF challenge blog and they had just uploaded the new challenge, HERE ±tgifc15

I new instantly what set I was going rip open, ha ha.... Among the Branches is not just for Christmas, Halloween or Autumn even, its for all three!!

But the colour dictated what part of the stamp set I was going to ink up....

The little baubles I inked with markers and made a shadow edge on the side of them, I did glitter the card and bag though you can barely see that perhaps later I will add some more, I used the smooshing technique again, I know I can't stop !!

Anyway lots of photos for you to see so I will stop me chatter and let you peruse!!
Oh yes just before you go we have Silver and Gold Cord in the house, oh yes baby, it's back ion a different form but its back and thats the main thing, BUT when the catty comes live you must buy it as you know the old saying,    If you don't use it you lose it!!  So I will be buying bucket loads...  Will you?

Clean and Simple ? #tgifc14 July Remix!!

Today I thought I would join in on a challenge,

I love the TGIFC here and having missed the weekly ones I thought I would catch up and do the remix,    #tgifc14 July Remix!!

which is taking two of the last four challenges and mixing them up for your make..

I chose these two challenges:

Oh my I have made a BIG mistake in my gathering of products to use,  I picked up Rich Razzleberry instead of Blackberry Bliss, arrggghhhhh!

Oh well I have made them now I will still enter them even though they don't now qualify as it's good to share, ...

I decided to do the smooch technique again, this time making the focal point a sentiment, my cards are 9.5 cm square , The happy Birthday comes from a Hostess set called Happy Birthday Everyone, the other comes from the Happy Happenings Stamp Set both from Stampin Up, stamped in Black and embossed in Clear Embossing Powder..... Two very Simple and Clean ? cards.....
